Ashley D. Mason

Ashley D. Mason, Ph.D., serves as Chapter Vice President at EAA since January 2023 and has been with HP as a Fabrication & Integration Engineer since June 2015, following roles as Dielectric Deposition & Concept Materials Engineer and Integration Engineering Intern. In addition, Mason has been a Board Member of Willamette Innovators Network since November 2018 and holds the position of VP of Career Guidance for the Society of Women Engineers from July 2022 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, all obtained from Oregon State University. Selected internship experiences at Intel Corporation and US Army Research Labs involved significant contributions in materials analysis, device design, and research focused on piezoelectric materials. Publications include work on wafer-scale piezoelectric thin films published in Applied Physics Letters.
