Ashley Milligan

Ashley Milligan is an experienced recruitment and admissions professional currently serving as the Lead Recruiter at EAB since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley held several positions at the University of Virginia from August 2015 to May 2022, including Search Consultant in the Executive Search Group and Senior Assistant Dean of Admission, where responsibilities included organizing large-scale events, managing application evaluations, and serving on the QuestBridge evaluation team. Previous experience includes roles in admissions at Washington and Lee University, where Ashley progressed from Admissions Counselor to Assistant Director of Admissions, and earlier positions in marketing and journalism. Ashley holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications, as well as Music, from Washington and Lee University.
