Beth Donaldson

Beth Donaldson, MPA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Adult Learner Recruitment Consulting Services at EAB since November 2019. Prior to this role, Beth held various leadership positions in enrollment management at institutions including Nova Southeastern University, CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, St. John's University, New York University, and Muhlenberg College, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing graduate admissions to shaping strategic recruitment initiatives. Additionally, as a self-employed consultant, Beth has provided long-term contract services focused on strategic planning and enrollment management in higher education. Beth's education includes a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Accounting from Muhlenberg College, alongside a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
