Kate Bergey is a strategic leader in student success at EAB, where responsibilities include partnering with higher education leaders to enhance student outcomes and managing relationships with institutions from onboarding to ongoing support. Prior experience includes serving as a senior account manager focused on adult learner recruitment, as well as multiple roles at James Madison University that encompassed career and academic advising, program coordination, and diversity education. Additional experience includes enrollment management at Eastern Mennonite School and program coordination at White Oak Lavender Farm. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Student Affairs from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Peacebuilding and Development from Eastern Mennonite University.
