Rachel Becker

Rachel Becker is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business solutions, currently serving as the Senior Director at EAB since December 2011. In this capacity, Rachel has led the design, development, and maintenance of both homegrown and off-the-shelf technology solutions, acting as a product owner and IT project manager for numerous firm-wide initiatives. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Business Analyst at The Advisory Board Company, where Rachel managed substantial projects, such as the redesign of a travel and expense platform and a finance dashboard initiative. Rachel began her career as a Human Resources Intern at Novation, where foundational skills in conflict management and recruiting were developed. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary, focusing on Process Management, Consulting, Psychology, and Management and Organizational Leadership.
