Rachel Keller Eisman is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in member engagement, strategic leadership, and content marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at EAB since May 2017, Rachel oversees the member engagement team for Research Member Success and previously led member experience for Academic Performance Solutions. Prior to EAB, Rachel was the Executive Director for The BUILD Health Challenge, managing a $3.5 million expansion and fostering partnerships among multiple stakeholders. Rachel also held the role of Practice Manager at The Advisory Board Company, focusing on the research agenda and talent development within healthcare leadership. Early career experience includes developing curricula at Jewish Women International. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University.
