Rich Staley

Rich serves as a Vice President overseeing Partner Success for EAB’s Technology solutions, including the Student Success Collaborative, Academic Performance Solutions, Rapid Insight and Edify. His team partners with 1000+ higher education institutions to implement EAB’s various technology solutions and provide strategic and tactical guidance on how to optimize their student success and academic performance efforts to improve student and institutional outcomes.

Rich previously served at The Advisory Board Company as a strategic consultant to senior executives at hospitals and health care systems. He partnered with 50+ organizations to increase Emergency Department throughput, manage inpatient case management, and maximize the revenue cycle.

Rich holds a Master of Business Administration from The Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) from Georgetown University.
