Eduardo A. Garces, P.E., PMP, ENV SP is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management services, particularly within utility and land development projects across South Florida. Currently serving as a Project Manager at EAC Consulting, Inc., since October 2021, Eduardo previously held roles as Project Engineer at HDR and Broward County Government from October 2019 to November 2021 and May 2020 to October 2021, respectively. Eduardo's career began at EAC Consulting, Inc. in 2014 as an Engineer, followed by a position as Engineer Level 3 at The BetaJones Group, Inc. from June 2010 to May 2014. Eduardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Civil Engineering from Miami Dade College.
