Elias Guevara, P.E. is a civil engineer with extensive experience at EAC Consulting, Inc., where roles have included Engineer II, Engineer I, and Civil Designer since May 2018. In the capacity of Civil Designer, Elias focuses on developing comprehensive plans, specifications, and reports, ensuring adherence to good engineering practices while resolving design issues through field investigations, inspections, and detailed computations. Prior to this, Elias served as an Engineer Intern and Water Resources Teaching Assistant at Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing from September 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities involved grading, tutoring, and presenting engineering topics. Elias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, earned in 2018.
