Beatriz Alvarez

Beatriz Alvarez currently serves as a Supply Chain Assistant Professor at EADA Business School, appointed in May 2023. Additionally, Beatriz holds multiple roles at Unilever since February 2019, including Supply Chain Director Spain and Customer Operations Director Spain, with responsibilities encompassing strategy, cost, and operations across five business units. Previous positions include Head of Logistics & Copacking Spain, where Beatriz managed logistics operations with a budget exceeding 50 million euros, and roles at Ecolab and Henkel, where significant achievements included developing EMEA sourcing strategies and leading supply chain operations for the Beauty Care Division. Beatriz's educational background features an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from IQS Barcelona, complemented by various specialized programs in negotiation, marketing, and finance.
