Mikheil Shengelia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mikheil is currently working as a Research Analyst and Data Strategy Lead at Eagle Alpha, a leading alternative data aggregation platform. Prior to this, Mikheil worked as a Business Development Consultant at PeerBoard, where they focused on driving website traffic and increasing engagement. Mikheil also served as a Business Development Consultant at Tomi.ai, an ML platform that optimizes marketing campaigns using predictive models. Before that, Mikheil worked at Fundraise Up, where they aimed to improve online donation experiences. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Analyst at Eagle Alpha, where they first entered the alternative data industry. Mikheil has held positions such as Head of Education at the Academy of Financial Trading, Investment Analyst at Moliter, and Associate at International Financial Data Services. Mikheil began their career as a Transaction Advisory Services Consultant at Ernst & Young.

Mikheil Shengelia completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, and Risk Management from the Higher School of Economics from the year 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Management from Trinity College Dublin from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Mikheil Shengelia obtained certification in Model Thinking from Coursera in May 2013 and achieved intermediate Spanish fluency, estimated by Duolingo, in November 2015.
