Miguel H.

Miguel H. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles.

Miguel started their career as a Quality Control Analyst at Laboratorios Leti, S.A.V. in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for quality control analysis.

From 2007 to 2012, Miguel worked at Sanofi, initially as a Quality Control Analyst, and later as a Solid & Liquid Production Supervisor. Miguel'sresponsibilities included manufacturing dosage forms, supervising production processes, and implementing productivity improvement initiatives.

Miguel then joined Merck Group in 2013 as an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager. Miguel managed health and safety risks, conducted risk assessments, and implemented management systems.

From 2012 to 2013, Miguel worked as an HSE Coordinator at Sanofi, where they continued to focus on health, safety, and environmental management, including risk assessments and incident investigations.

In 2016, Miguel joined Biotics Research Corporation as the Solid Dose Manufacturing Supervisor. In this role, they planned and managed resources, coached and developed team members, and led change and continuous improvement efforts.

Miguel returned to Eagle Analytical in 2019 as a Chemist II and performed analytical testing of dosage forms, as well as quality incident investigations.

Miguel then progressed to the role of Senior QC Specialist at Eagle Analytical in 2020, where they reviewed and approved Quality Control documentation and revised master documents.

Currently, Miguel is the Director of QA/QC at Eagle Analytical, a position they have held since August 2022. Miguel'sresponsibilities include leading the efforts of QA personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to operations and quality control staff.

Throughout their career, Miguel has demonstrated expertise in quality control, manufacturing supervision, environmental health and safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Miguel H. completed their education history with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from UNEXPO, spanning from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Pharmacist B. Sc degree in Industrial Processes and Quality Control from Universidad Santa María, from 2000 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Miguel H. has obtained several certifications, including "Quality Management Foundations" and "Building Resilience as a Leader" from LinkedIn in April 2021 and March 2021, respectively. Other certifications include "Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement (Blinkist Summary)" and "Liderazgo con inteligencia emocional," both obtained from LinkedIn in March 2021. Prior to these, Miguel H. obtained the certification for "A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement" in February 2021 and "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" in October 2020, both from LinkedIn.
