Roman Slabzhennikov is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in vessel operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. since August 2020, Roman has previously held roles in vessel operations at AAL Shipping and BBC Chartering, where responsibilities included managing a diverse range of cargoes and vessels of varying tonnage and lifting capacities. With a solid foundation in ship ownership and technical audits acquired during a tenure at Krey Schiffahrts GmbH & Co. KG, Roman's career began as a Chief Officer, progressing from cadet to leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Logistics and sea transport from Baltic Fleet State Academy and an Apprenticeship in maritime commerce from BBS des Synodalverbandes Leer.
