Giovanni Cajas

Giovanni Cajas is an experienced consultant, auditor, and trainer in management systems focused on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management, as well as food safety including BPM, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. Since June 2016, Giovanni has provided independent services and worked with various companies including Intertek Colombia as a lead auditor for Yum! Brands and EAGLE Certification Group under the United Nations' World Food Programme. Giovanni holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master's in Integrated Management Systems and numerous training credentials in quality management and food safety. Additionally, Giovanni has experience as an educator in higher education and has contributed to significant projects, such as the legal documentation for Ducol SAS regarding INVIMA and HACCP implementation.
