Emily Bone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce rewards and human resources operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry since August 2022, Emily has previously held leadership roles such as Director of HR Operations at Power Digital Marketing and Chief of Staff at Virtru. Additionally, Emily has a solid foundation in operations and IT management from positions at ZwillGen, including Operations & IT Manager, and prior roles at Springboard Enterprises and Target. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American & Hemispheric Studies with a concentration in International Economics from The George Washington University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
