Mike Boot

Mike Boot has extensive experience in the produce industry, currently serving as a Salesperson at Eagle Eye Produce since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Field Manager at Sunrain Varieties from May 2019 to January 2022. Mike's career in produce began at Potandon Produce L.L.C., where the positions included Variety Production Supervisor and Onion Operations Supervisor from March 1999 to May 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Quality Control/Buyer at Sysco from June 1996 to March 1999 and as an Assistant Produce Manager at Hy-Vee Foods Inc. from July 1984 to June 1996.
