Cosmin Popescu

Cosmin Leucutia has over a decade of experience in technical support and site reliability engineering, currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Eagle Eye since May 2017, with prior roles as a Senior Product Support Engineer and Product Support Engineer. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting the PC Optimum points system and bespoke platforms, providing second- and third-line support, automating reporting using BASH scripting, and conducting system log analysis. Previously, Cosmin worked at Softchoice from 2012 to 2017, where the focus was on providing network support and customer service across North America, alongside a co-op experience in service consulting that involved technical support and operational guidance. Cosmin also gained experience in cargo tracking at Delmar International Inc. in 2008. Educational qualifications include an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Internet Communications Technology from Sheridan College.
