Director Of Site Reliability Engineering at Eagle Eye

Oliver Tappin is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Oliver began their career as a Technician at Davison High School for Girls in 2009. In 2010, they started their own property maintenance firm, Tapbros, where they served as the Director and managed various aspects of the business until 2014. Oliver then worked as a Web Developer at D3R from 2013 to 2014, followed by a role as Development Manager at Newspress from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Oliver took on the role of Lead Developer at Hex Digital before transitioning into a Contract Web Developer position as a self-employed individual. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Eagle Eye as a Senior Software Engineer and later as the Lead Software Engineer. Oliver then became the Head of Customer Reliability Engineering from 2021 to 2023 before assuming their current position as the Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Eagle Eye in 2023. Overall, Oliver Tappin has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, web development, and management roles throughout their career.

Oliver Tappin attended St Andrews High School for Boys from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Oliver obtained the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google Cloud in February 2020. Oliver later obtained the Cloud Digital Leader certification in January 2023, also from Google Cloud.
