Bill Haight

Bill Haight is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and middleware systems management. Currently serving as the Director of SRE at Nu Skin since March 2013, Bill is responsible for managing SRE teams, incident management, vendor relationships, and developing key performance indicators in collaboration with development groups. Previous roles include Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Nu Skin, where Bill successfully transitioned a web services group to an SRE model and migrated systems to Amazon Web Services. Earlier experience includes positions at Fidelity Investments as Principal System Engineer and Senior System Engineer, where Bill led middleware teams, improved training processes, and provided 24/7 support for enterprise systems. Additionally, as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Bill taught technology subjects and developed curricula. Bill holds a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Utah.
