Andrew Edelson is currently the Director at Eagle Hill. Before Deloitte, Andrew was a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint from July 2007 to October 2008. There, they served as a project lead for a large, complex implementation of pay for performance system at a DoD intelligence agency, leading project management efforts, as well as efforts to transform performance management, compensation, and staffing systems and processes to accommodate pay for performance. Andrew was consistently exhibited strong leadership and management skills, proactively addressing client needs and exceeding client and team expectations. Andrew also co-led a team of approximately fifteen contractors and subcontractors.

Andrew Edelson has a Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College. Andrew also attended The Lawrenceville School.
