Carlene Hastings

Carlene Hastings, PMP, currently serves as Director at Eagle Hill Consulting, a woman-owned management consulting firm specializing in business strategy, organizational transformation, human capital transformation, process improvement, program management, and change management, since November 2015. Prior to this role, Carlene held various positions at Marq Energie from January 2012 to November 2015, including Senior Project Manager, focusing on export marketing for the food and beverage sectors. Carlene's experience also includes serving as Project Manager at American World Services Corporation from September 2009 to January 2012, where responsibilities involved export marketing and investment promotion activities. Earlier experience includes a Sales and Marketing Intern role at University Directories in 2008. Carlene holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009.
