Layton Griffin

Layton Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting, leadership, and consulting. Currently serving as a Recruiting Senior Associate at Eagle Hill Consulting since March 2020, Layton showcases expertise in applying methodologies of larger consultancies within a personalized, award-winning firm. With a longstanding role as an Independent Business Owner at Rodan + Fields since October 2011, Layton is recognized as an Elite Circle and Mercedes Achiever, demonstrating strong skills in sales, team building, and public speaking in the consumer goods sector.
