Mike Deladesmo

Mike DeLadesmo is an Associate Strategy Consultant at Eagle Hill Consulting, leading the implementation of a five-year strategy across a government agency's nine offices since May 2022. Previously, Mike was an IMBA candidate at the Darla Moore School of Business, where certificates in Global Strategy and Data Analytics were obtained. Experience includes a role in Corporate Strategy at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, providing analysis and recommendations, and a position as a Program Analyst at GSA, managing documentation and coordinating large orders for high-profile clients. Earlier career highlights include supervising an internship program at Carrefour and serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer, teaching English and conducting market research. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Calvin University, along with additional education from Westminster College (PA).
