Stephanie Mount is the managing director at Eagle Hill. Prior to their current position, Stephanie was a volunteer and board of director at Computer C.O.R.E. from January 2003 to December 2008. Stephanie's experience at Computer C.O.R.E. included working with the executive committee and Executive Director to implement processes and programs to ensure the sustainability of the organization as well as developing a fundraising campaign to increase the number of donors and total funding from individuals. Stephanie also created a 20-week curriculum for low-income adults, focusing on setting goals, developing a resume and cover letter, and searching for jobs online.

Before their work at Computer C.O.R.E., Stephanie was a manager at Accenture from August 1998 to June 2007. As a Human Performance Manager, Stephanie worked across both public and private sector organizations and was responsible for developing the communications strategy and managing project communications impacting 30,000 employees. Stephanie also developed and managed the stakeholder management process for key stakeholders, including standing up and managing approximately 100 coordinators. In addition, Stephanie analyzed governance structure and process and recommended an improved governance model to streamline the decision making process. Stephanie also developed the outcomes and metrics for a balanced scorecard for the Human Capital and IT organizations as well as developed the training strategy to address the training needs and requirements for the IT help desk transformation. Stephanie successfully managed the design and development of a 16 course training curriculum that included on-line training, instructor-led training, user guides and job aides that impacted approximately 1000 active military, civilian employees, and contractors.

Stephanie Mount has a Masters of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Pychology from The University of Kansas.

They are on a team with Lindsay Henson - Director, Laura Kapelski - Director, and Kathleen Kennard - Director. Stephanie Mount reports to Melissa Jezior, President & CEO.
