Randy Byers is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership within the infrastructure and inspection services sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Eagle Infrastructure Services since September 2018, Randy has previously held the same position at Applied Cleveland Holdings from May 2015 to September 2018. Randy's career includes significant roles such as CEO/President at Cleveland Integrity Services, Sr. Vice President & General Manager and Executive Vice President at ENGlobal Inspection Services, and Director of Pipeline Services at Louis Berger Resources.
