Alpna J Doshi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Alpna J is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc, where they lead a team focused on digital transformation services and specializing in M&A and Carveouts. Alpna is also a Stanford GSB LEAD Student at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Alpna J serves as a Board of Governor at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Additionally, Alpna has held roles such as Thoma Bravo Operating Partner at Quorum Software, Strategic Advisor at Sophos, and Special Advisor to CEO at Kofax. Alpna J is the Executive Chairman and Founder of The DIGIALPS INC, providing CXO and Management Board Services to enterprises on digitalization transformations. Alpna has also served as a Board Member at Aternity and Mimecast, and as an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo, focusing on digital transformation and the turnaround of software companies. Their expertise includes change management, cybersecurity, and digitalization.

Alpna J Doshi, NACD.DC has a comprehensive education history. In 1986 to 1989, they completed their BTECH degree in Computer Science at Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur. Alpna J pursued further studies and obtained their MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1990 to 1991. Following this, they engaged in post-graduate studies at The George Washington University from 1991 to 1992, focusing on International Business Management and Telecommunications.

In 2007, Alpna received a Certificate in Global Business Leadership from Harvard Business School. Alpna J returned to Harvard Business School in 2015 for Executive Education and obtained a Certification in Global Business Management.

Continuing their drive for professional development, Alpna enrolled at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021 to 2022, where they pursued the Stanford LEAD Executive Management program.

To enhance their expertise in mergers and acquisitions, they obtained a Certificate via eDX from the New York Institute of Finance in 2021, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions Structuring a Deal.

In terms of certifications, Alpna has obtained the edX Professional Certificate for M&A: Structuring the Deal from edX in February 2021. Additionally, they are currently progressing towards obtaining a Board certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Looking ahead, Alpna plans to pursue a Certification in Board from NACD in 2022 to 2023. Moreover, they aim to engage in board-related studies and activities as they join the Board and the Board of Governors at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology starting in 2023.
