Donna Lawson, CPP, SPHR, currently serves as the Payroll Services Manager and Corporate Benefits and Payroll Administrator at Eagle Materials, where responsibilities include managing company benefits and processing semi-monthly payroll for corporate employees since August 2016. Previous experience includes a role as Benefits Analyst, processing payroll with UKG and preparing related reports, as well as serving for over 15 years at Union Standard Insurance Group as Human Resources Administrator and Payroll Specialist. Earlier career roles include Payroll Administrator at Asset Direction/Asdir Inc. and Personnel Records Specialist in the United States Army, where personnel records were maintained.
