Scott Wilson

Scott Wilson currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Eagle Materials Inc. since September 2007, where responsibilities include advising the Board of Directors and senior management on legal, business, and compliance matters, encompassing commercial transactions, M&A, and environmental issues. Concurrently, Scott Wilson has held various leadership roles at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, including Chancellor and Senior Counsel, focusing on corporate governance and legal advisement. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Associate Attorney at Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates), specializing in corporate governance and securities compliance. Scott Wilson earned a JD from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in History from Stanford University.
