Tony Thompson is a highly experienced operations leader in the cement and materials industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations - Cement at Eagle Materials since April 2018. Previously, Tony held various positions, including President and Executive Vice President at Texas Lehigh Cement Company, LP from September 2010 to April 2018, and several roles at Holcim from January 1997 to September 2010, culminating in Maintenance Superintendent/CAPEX Manager at the Midlothian, TX plant. Tony's extensive background includes managing maintenance operations, implementing performance improvement programs globally, and ensuring safe and reliable plant operations. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
