Randy Harris

Randy Harris has extensive expertise in operational management and supply chain processes, currently serving as Operational Excellence Manager at Eagle Mine since April 2014, with prior roles including Supply Chain Superintendent and Senior Analyst. Before joining Eagle Mine, Randy held various managerial positions at Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc. from 2002 to 2014, including Plant Manager and Production Manager. Early career experiences include accounting roles at Makela, Toutant, Hill and Nardi, LLC, Gordon J. Maier & Co. LLP, and Midway Rentals, Inc., along with fabrication work at U.P Fabricating Co., Inc. Randy holds an Executive MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Northern Michigan University.
