Pam Tracy

Pam Tracy currently serves as the Service Operations Lead and Associate Director at AT&T, a position held since November 2019, while also working at Eagle Ray, Inc. since February 2017 in Joint Program Management Operations Support with a focus on operational oversight and change management. Tracy has extensive experience in quality assurance, change management, and network engineering, having held various leadership roles at organizations such as Abile Group, Inc., DISYS, Accenture, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University.
