Damon Mclaughlin has been the General Manager at Eagle Ridge Golf Club since March 2009, where Damon oversees all aspects of the golf course operation. Prior to their current position, Damon served as the Golf Course Superintendent at Sidney Country Club from 1998 to 2009.
