McKinley Ravenell

McKinley Ravenell possesses extensive experience in production operations and maintenance management within the manufacturing sector. Since joining RYAM in May 2003, McKinley has held several managerial roles, including Manager of Production Operations, Pulp Mill, Maintenance, and Utilities, focusing on safety, efficiency, and financial performance across various operational departments. In prior roles, McKinley served as Recovery Area Manager, establishing strategic objectives for safety and production, and as Maintenance Area Manager for Environmental/Utilities, overseeing a team of multicraft mechanics. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at International Paper. McKinley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
