Jason Cowles

Jason Cowles has a diverse work experience. Jason started their career as a Civil Engineer at Alpine Engineering, Inc. in 1998 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District as the Director of Engineering and Water Resources. Jason also served as the Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman at the Town of Eagle from February 2012 to February 2020. Recently, in 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Mountain Recreation.

Jason Cowles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2005, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Engineer from the Colorado State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Surveyors.
