Shpresa Mustafic

Shpresa Mustafic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

In 2007, they started their career as a Substitute Teacher at PS 110K, where they were relied upon to cover for teachers in grades K through 5. Beyond teaching, they also had responsibilities such as organizing class trips, attending grade conferences, and participating in school meetings. Shpresa remained in this role until June 2010.

Following their teaching experience, Shpresa joined Four Points Property Management in 2010 as a Property Manager. Shpresa held this position until January 2016.

From October 2014 to January 2016, Shpresa also worked at DRC in a management role.

In February 2016, they joined Douglaston Realty Management as part of their Leasing Management team until September 2021.

Currently, Shpresa is employed at Eagle Rock Properties as an Operations Manager. Shpresa'sroles within the company include Lease Admin and Resident Services, as well as general Operations Management.

Shpresa Mustafic completed their education at Molloy University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Prior to that, they attended Hunter College from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language Arts. Additionally, Shpresa also attained a Real Estate License from Real Estate Campus, although the specific years of study for this qualification are not provided.
