Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is the Vice Chair at Eagle Village. Prior to that, they were with Terran Corporation, Aquaterra/Four Seasons, R&R International, and BBC&M Engineering, Inc.

Kelly started their career in 1986 as a Soil Technician with BBC&M Engineering, Inc. There they inspected soil foundations, subsurface investigation field work, geotechnical lab testing and concrete inspection for construction and environmental projects of various scale and complexity. In 1995, they joined R&R International as a Sr. Hydrogeologist where they worked on ODOT projects. The following year they moved to Aquaterra/Four Seasons as a Hydrogeologist/Project Estimator. There they were the Aquaterra project manager working on environmental projects and UST closures for sites in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and WPAFB. Additionally, they were the Four Seasons project estimator and field services support for environmental remediation, hazardous waste disposal, industrial cleaning and UST closure/removal projects in Ohio. In 1998 Kelly left Aquaterra/Four Seasons to join Terran Corporation.

Kelly has been with Eagle Village since 1999 and is currently the Vice Chair.

Kelly Smith has a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from The Ohio State University. Kelly also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geology/Earth Science, General from The Ohio State University. Kelly is certified by the American Institute of Professional Geologists as a Certified Professional Geologist, and they are also certified by the State of Indiana and the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Professional Geologist.
