Tim McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tim started their career at UPS in 1967 as an Outside Customer Service Rep and stayed with the company until 1974. From 1974 to 1981, they worked at Nationwide Papers as a Sales Rep. In 1981, Tim joined Eagle Paper Inc. as President, a role they continue to hold.
Tim McDonald completed their high school education at Flaget High School from 1961 to 1965, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on college preparation. Following this, they attended the University of Louisville from 1965 to 1969 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance, General.
