Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at EagleRidge Energy, LLC since March 2017, Cindi previously held the position of Human Resources Leader at Hydradyne, LLC, where responsibilities included formulating and executing HR strategy for organizational growth and integrating multiple company acquisitions. Prior to that, Cindi was Vice President of Human Resources at Pinpoint Drilling and Directional Services, overseeing corporate HR for a start-up, and also held a similar VP role at Time Warner Cable, managing HR functions across multiple locations.
