Akua Oseiwah Ahenkorah's work experience includes various roles at different companies.
At EAI Information Systems, they started as a Programmer Analyst in November 2010 and worked in that role until December 2013. Akua Oseiwah then served as a Programmer Analyst & Quality Analyst from January to December 2014. Following that, they became a Testing Team Lead from January 2015 to March 2016, where they managed and grew the Testing assets and had a strong understanding of the tools and techniques used in Testing. Lastly, they worked as a Testing Team Lead & Operations Manager from March 2016 onwards, where they organized and reviewed task assignments and deadlines for the team, improved operational systems and processes, and communicated the team's needs to management.
Akua Oseiwah also had internships at AngloGold Ashanti as an IT Support Person from June to October 2010 and at Newmont Mining Corporation as an IT Service Desk Analyst from June to August 2008.
Akua Oseiwah Ahenkorah began their education in 2006 at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. Akua Oseiwah pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, completing their studies in 2010. In 2007, they also obtained a certificate in C++ Programming from IPMC.
In addition to their formal education, Akua has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they achieved the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) accreditation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration. In 2016, they completed the Coursera courses "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" and "Machine Learning: Regression."
More recently, Akua obtained further certifications in 2022. Akua Oseiwah completed the "Process Improvement Foundations" course offered by LinkedIn, as well as "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do (getAbstract Summary)" course, also provided by LinkedIn.
