Rick Hawker

Rick Hawker is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in industrialisation and manufacturing engineering. Since April 2019, Rick has served as Engineering Manager - Industrialisation at Eakin Healthcare Group, following a role as Senior Industrialisation Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Production Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Industrial Group, where Rick was responsible for creating process documentation and implementing lean practices. Previously, Rick worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Technologies, focusing on high-pressure hydraulic test machines and process improvement. Early career experience includes roles as Tool Technician at Jon Shipman Contracting Limited and as an Apprentice at Delphi Diesel Systems. Rick holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of the West of England and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Gloucestershire College.
