Daljit Singh Bains

Daljit has over 18 years’ experience working in the Education Sector. He developed his communication and people skills working in recruitment, sales and account management before turning his attention to helping young people and adults access training, education and employment.

A qualified guidance practitioner, he is passionate about the Further Education Sector and developing meaningful partnerships with employers, Local Authority and other stakeholders such as DWP. He has a wealth of experience working in key departments such as Business Development, Admissions and Work Experience.

The Business Development Team under the leadership of Daljit are focused on forging strong links with employers and securing meaningful job outcomes for learners based in the Greater London Authority and surrounding areas in line with the government's skills for jobs strategy.
