Deputy Principal: Curriculum & Quality at West London College

James has been working in the Further Education sector for the past 25 years. Coming from a background in sports centre management, he taught leisure and tourism, sport and public services before progressing into management roles.

In April 2020, James joined West London College as Deputy Principal for Curriculum & Quality. He has previously been a college Vice Principal and worked for one of the biggest further education college groups in a senior leadership role focusing on curriculum and quality.

In the past he was seconded to the Learning & Skills Council to support value added measures for the London Challenge improvement programme and across Berkshire.
