Justine Shepherd

Justine Shepherd is a business executive who is currently the Managing Director at Ealing Studios. They previously served as Managing Director of The Lost Estate (2023–2025) and as Managing Director of Pole Star Systems (2022–2023). Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles including Head of Events at The London Eye (2000–2009), Head of Client Relations at ISC for Wembley Stadium (2011–2017), Head of Sales and Marketing at Ascot Racecourse (2009–2011), and Associate Director of Sales and Sponsorship at AEG London Arena (1998–2000).
