Joseph Harb

Joseph Harb is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Finance and Administration Director at EAM | Ets Antoine Massoud since April 2019, Joseph has previously held key positions including Group COO and Group CFO at Pharma Group Holding, where responsibilities included reorganizing operations, implementing supply planning processes, and managing financial stability and legal matters. Joseph also served as CFO at both L’Oreal Saudi Arabia and L'Oreal Levant, overseeing multiple business units, ensuring financial controls, and participating in strategic acquisitions. Earlier career roles include finance management at Golden Food Sal, Middle East Markets & Supplies sarl, and an administrative role in a non-profit organization. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration from Ecole Superieure des Affaires and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Universite Saint Joseph.
