Katherine Schaffer

Katherine Schaffer currently serves as a Technical Documentation & Engineering Support Specialist at EAM-Mosca Corp., a position held since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Specialist II and QA Technician III at GAF from March 2022 to November 2025, and Quality Control Technician at Givaudan from November 2021 to March 2022. Katherine's career began at Schaffer Structural Systems as a General Laborer and as a Student Researcher at Montclair State University. Previously, Katherine was employed as a Chemist at SYMBIOTIC RESEARCH, LLC, assisting senior scientists and functioning as a Study Director and Principal Investigator. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Montclair State University and an Associate of Science degree in Chemistry from County College of Morris.
