Cathy Christian possesses extensive administrative experience in the educational sector, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer at Eanes Independent School District since July 2019. Cathy has been with Eanes ISD since 2006, previously holding the position of Assistant to the Executive Director of Technology Services and as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Technology Services. Prior experience includes the role of Office Manager at Ja-Mar Roofing from 2000 to 2006 and Principal's Secretary at Hays CISD - Dahlstrom Intermediate School from 1992 to 2000. Cathy's career began as a Registrar with Austin ISD from 1987 to 1991.

Eanes Education Foundation (EEF) is a private, nonprofit foundation that raises community funds for the benefit of the Eanes Independent School District in Austin, Texas. EEF seeks current and endowed financial support from the community and corporate donors to provide and sustain district-wide opportunities for educational excellence within Eanes ISD. The Eanes school district strives to be the leader in public education in Texas and across the country. While the state provides the Eanes district with funding, those dollars are limited, and alone do not provide the funds needed for Eanes ISD to offer the excellent education we expect for our students. EEF's mission is to fund the gap between adequate and excellent education by funding teacher and staff positions that are not required but vital to the quality education offered by Eanes ISD.
