Franco Ferreti has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Franco recently joined EAO AG as the Head of Customer Service in September 2021. Before that, they worked at ABB for several years, where they held various positions such as Leiter Customer Service, Project Manager Integration, and Customer Relationship Manager NAM. Franco also has experience as the Leiter Verkaufsinnendienst at Beer Grill AG and Contadis AG. Additionally, Franco has held leadership positions in sales and customer service at Wipf AG and worked in various management roles in sales and customer service from 1985 to 2006.

Franco Ferretti has a diverse education history. Franco began their academic journey in 1982 at KV Zürich, where they pursued a three-year program in Kaufmann, earning their Ausbildung in 1985. After gaining a solid foundation in business administration, they enrolled at the SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Geschäfts-/betriebliche Ökonomie.

In 2010, they joined ipsyt Zürich, which is a spin-off of the University of Zürich. Here, they pursued a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Beratende Psychologie until 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Franco Ferretti has obtained a certification in "Lehrveranstaltungen mit Erwachsenen durchführen (SVEB 1)" from EB Zürich in June 2016.
