Kieu My (Kimi) Doan

Kieu My (Kimi) Doan has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kieu My (Kimi) is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Earable Neuroscience, a deep tech company focused on delivering human-centric solutions to improve brain activity. Prior to this, Kieu My founded and served as CEO of Create42, a company they established in 2022.

In 2018, Kieu My founded YellowBlocks, a Vietnam tech gateway that provides strategic partnerships and business strategies for companies in emerging tech fields. Kieu My (Kimi) also served as an Advisory Board Member of Innovation Council at ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Vietnam, where they contributed insights and collaboration efforts between Vietnam and Austria.

Kieu My has been actively involved in mentoring and supporting startups. Kieu My (Kimi) served as a Mentor at Quest Ventures, providing insights and network connections for startups and VCs entering the Vietnam market. Additionally, they were a Board Member of the Australia-Vietnam Leadership Dialogue, promoting collaboration between Australian and Vietnamese leaders.

In their previous roles, Kieu My was the Initiator for ABCD Tech, Head of Metaverse Innovation Labs at Vingroup JSC, and Assistant to the Chairman of Vingroup JSC. Kieu My (Kimi) also held the position of Global Chief Marketing Officer at VINFAST LLC, a member of Vingroup that focuses on smart electric vehicles.

Kieu My's earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of Startup Vietnam Foundation, where they played a crucial role in restructuring the marketing function and implementing growth strategies.

Throughout their career, Kieu My has been recognized for their expertise and contributions to the tech industry, securing partnerships, and driving growth.

Kieu My (Kimi) Doan began their education in 2006 at Aalto University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications. Kieu My (Kimi) completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. In 2010, Kieu My continued their education at the University of Gloucestershire, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, completing their studies in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Kieu My has obtained various certifications and awards. In September 2020, they received the "Top 10 Most Influential Women in Technology 2020" certification from Analytics Insight®. In August 2020, they obtained certifications in "Creating a Marketing Growth System" and "Leading with Innovation" from LinkedIn. In July 2020, Kieu My received the "Best Media Relations Award" from PR Newswire as part of the Vietnam National PR & Communications Awards. In March 2020, they were selected as the Vietnam Representative for Global Victoria's Women's Business Summit. In May 2019, they attended the Australia Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue as a Vietnam Delegate. Kieu My also holds certifications in various fields, including being a "Tibetian Singing Bowl Therapist" from Sound Planetarium Nepal, a "Certified Bitcoin Professional" from the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium, and a "Specialized TEFL certificate in Teaching Business English" from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training. Kieu My (Kimi) also obtained a "TEFL/TESOL" certification from the same institution. Finally, Kieu My received a certification in "Transformational Leadership" from IDG (International Data Group) in January 2015.
