Paolo Cerioli

Paolo Cerioli is a seasoned professional in innovation and strategy with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Cerioli serves as the Direttore Innovazione and SVP Innovation at FINCANTIERI since December 2023. Prior to this role, Cerioli held significant positions at Eni, including Group Head of Open Innovation & Ecosystems Development and Group Head of Open Innovation & Digital for Business Areas from February 2019 to November 2023. Cerioli's career also includes serving as Industry Leader for Oil & Gas Advisory Services in the Mediterranean Area at EY from February 2018 to February 2019 and as a Senior Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from June 2006 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Key Account Manager at Saif SpA from 2002 to 2005. Cerioli holds an MBA from MIP - Politecnico di Milano and a cum laude Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
