Jeff Sirolly

Jeff Sirolly currently serves as General Counsel and previously as Deputy General Counsel at Earl Enterprises, a company that specializes in creating innovative and sustainable dining experiences. Prior to joining Earl Enterprises in April 2017, Jeff was Vice President at CNL Healthcare Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust focused on senior housing and healthcare sectors. Jeff's previous experience includes Vice President of Legal at CNL Financial Group, Associate at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz P.C., and Senior Associate at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Furman University.
